1 · Position

It works across the archipelago on marine protection, waste, health and education, funded by and beside the resort on Koh Ouen and Koh Bong. ⚑ The operator’s own account, read 28 September 2026, dates the work in the archipelago from 2006 and the resort from 2013, and states that the 50,000-square-metre reserve established with government and local communities was Cambodia’s first protected marine area. The remit is given as marine habitats, communities and land in the Koh Rong archipelago and Siem Reap. The governing structure is still not stated anywhere this register has read.

2 · Why it is in the Library

It belongs to the group by the same test as the others: a body whose purpose is the place, funded by the house that sits in it.

3 · Candour

⚡ This entry is thinner than its neighbours. The founding date, the governing structure and the current programme were not established to the standard applied to Wild Impact and the Sumba Foundation, and the entry states that rather than filling the gaps. It should be revisited before it is cited.
